Here are some tips on how to use the Retinol Cream:
1. Cleanse, tone, and apply any serums to face as normal.
2. Apply a thin layer of cream to face, neck, and décolletage. Also works well for backs of hands.
Apply the Retinol Cream at night and use sunscreen daily since Retinol is photosensitive and can also increase sun sensitivity. For first time users, apply every other night for the first few weeks until skin adjusts, and then apply every night.
Some irritation and breakouts are normal in the first few weeks. After 2-3 weeks, your skin cells will adapt to the Retinol and tolerate it better. If you experience mild redness, dryness, or peeling, you may want to cut back usage to every third night. If you experience more severe irritation, cut back to once a week until your skin adjusts.
You may start to see results after around four weeks, but it takes an average of 12 weeks for Retinol to produce noticeable changes in your skin. Many people give up too soon, so we recommend sticking with it for at least 12 weeks to see results. Results will continue to get better the longer you use it.
With daily use, you can expect to see more radiant and youthful skin. Fine lines and wrinkles will fade away. If you have acne, your blemishes will clear up and you will experience fewer breakouts. You can expect to see results get better and better gradually over time.
The Retinol Cream is safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and can even be used around the eyes. It won’t clog pores and doesn't contain harsh chemicals, sulfates, parabens, alcohol, or artificial fragrances, colors, or dyes. Any scent is due to the natural ingredients used.
Before you begin using the Retinol Cream, we recommend testing it on a small area of skin to make sure you aren't sensitive to any of the ingredients. If you experience any adverse reactions while using it, you should discontinue use immediately and contact us.
